Graeme lives in Renfrewshire village of Howwood with wife and two young daughters.

In his professional life, Graeme is currently the IT Infrastructure Support Manager for DHL Global Business Services UK.

In the 1980s Graeme grew up playing in the 4th Paisley Boys Brigade pipe band in Novice Juv, Juvenile and Grades 3 and 2 – under lead tip Charlie Simpson (ex Strathclyde Police).

In the 1990s he played with Milngavie Pipe Band in G3 with lead tip Alistair Hepburn, Black Bottle Scotch Whisky Pipe Band in G1 with lead tip Jack Houlden and Glasgow Skye Association in G1 led by the man with the fastest pair of hands I have ever seen, Jimmy Collins.

Finally in the 2000s played with Glasgow Pipes and Drums lead by Gary Corkin and also Bleary and District again with Gary Corkin.

Favourite drum corps: The Shotts and RUC corps of the 1990s, battling it out for the major championships drumming trophies.

Outside of Pipe Bands, Graeme is a keen Golfer, and a supporter of Glasgow Ranger Football Team.
