Born 35 years ago in the dining room of its founder, Hugh Dobbie, Sr., Dowco now has a growing staff of 130 detailers in 4 offices, numerous awards and commendations, and a distinguished reputation for excellence. Hugh Dobbie, Sr., a former pipe band drummer from Scotland, has always been a major supporter of local community groups, and wanted to give a local pipe band the opportunity to expand and grow.
